Campground seasonal closure

FAQ
Do I need to be self-contained?
No, there's no need to be self-contained. We have hot showers, toilets, fresh drinking water, WiFi, and a cafe and restaurant at your convenience.
What is the latest time to arrive?
On the first day (especially if you need to pitch a tent), it's essential that you arrive before dark. After that, you're free as a bird and can come and go as you like. Please be mindful of other guests if you enter and exit the property between 10pm and 8am.
Can I pay another way?
When the campground is open, you can also rock up before dark on the first day and pay by card or cash at the restaurant. During our seasonal campsite closure (1 May–30 September 2026), this option isn’t available for camping — we’ll welcome you back for check-ins from 1 October 2026.
What do you charge per night?
We charge $16 per person, per night.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, but at our discretion. Please always let us know if you wish to bring your dog so we can assess whether your four-legged friend is suited for our place.
Do you have a kitchen?
We don't have a shared kitchen, but you're welcome to use your own cooking gear. We have an outdoor sink for cleaning dishes, and you can always enjoy a break from cooking at our restaurant.
Do you offer powered sites?
We don't offer powered sites, but there are plenty of power sockets available in the restaurant where you can charge your devices.
